Classically Asanas (postures) were used not only to create space in the body, removing the physical tensions that impeded our health and wellbeing, leading to chronic issues, but also as a training ground to learn how to release the emotional and mental tensions that prevent us from living the fulfilled lives we seek. Every Sunday we approach a different component of the practice to increase knowledge and experience. Our classes marry the power of asana to strengthen the body and mind and also a to rejuvenating us and release stress. Appropriate for all levels.
Our goal is to empower you to be able to practice at home. This is where the change truly begins!
This is a unique experience and opportunity to access ancient yogic wisdom applied to the modern life.
$15/per person; $40/per family (1-2, adults, 2 children)

Once you have arrived you may park by our sign or we have another parking area further up. If you are staying for brunch we suggest you park at our upper lot as it is closer to the dining hall. To do so drive up the road along the stream, beyond our sign.
As you walk/drive up you will see a wooden sign saying “Yoga Shala” pointing up the hill on the right.
Follow that path up the hill, through the yard and around the cabin. You will see a large building with a deck, the “Hamsa”. Come on in! You’ve arrived!
